Administrative Assistant (Bala Cynwyd, PA)
Reply to: donna@phillyfreshinc.com Philadelphia Fresh Foods, LLC is seeking an administrative assistant/bookkeeper to assist in the operation of our 8 Philadelphia-area Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants. The administrative assistant's duties will include, but are not limited to: - Relieve administration of duties such as faxing, filing, scanning - Compose correspondence reports for manager's signature - Operate office in manager's absence - Answer and route telephone calls - Retrieve and sort mail - Handle invoices and online supply orders - Verify credit and cash deposits and manage variance tracker - Work with various technologies and programs, including Excel and Outlook - Audit weekly sales and comps envelopes This is a part-time position (20-30 hrs/week), Monday through Friday.
